This week we are joined by Award Winning Home Brewer Matt Knight (@knightbrewing) from Knight Brewing Co. Matt brings is a plethora of his prized brews. Including a Brett Pale Ale, Chocolate Cinnamon Stout, New England IPA, American Porter - Mid-September Knights Dream.
Matt tells us how he started brewing, What his first homemade beer was, Becoming a new Dad, and if he is planning to open his own brewery. Plus Jonny and Keg review Skinny Lister (@skinnylister) and The Interrupters (@interruptstagram) concert at Toads Place in New Haven CT. And we are shocked to hear what Matt's favorite music is.
