This Week we talk to Co-Owner and Brewer Jon Patrei of Phantom Brewing Co. (@phantombrewing) located in Hartford, Connecticut. Jon tells us all about opening Phantom brewing during Covid times. Being a Physical education teacher by day and brewer by night. We learn how he and his partner Bo met and came up with the name Phantom and the cool artwork on the merch. Jon talked about the people from all over the world that have stopped at Phantom for their amazing beers, such as, their Moon Baby Double IPA and Phantasma series Blood Orange Berliner Weisse.
