This week our guests are Tyler Ryan and Noah Ryan from TCR Brewing (@tcrbrewing). Tyler, a chemist by day makes delicious Home brewed beers that have appeared at festivals all over New England and the Tri-State area. And this episode we are trying “Muffy Cakes” a Blueberry and Marshmallow sour that is out of this world. Tyler tells us the secret of getting a real marshmallow taste in a beer and we discuss whether Sours are a fad or hear to stay. We also try TCR’s Sweet Successions Milk Stout.
