This week We bring in our True Beer Drinkingest, Concert Goingest, Cannonballingest chums Jimmy Goldbeck and Kevin Field to the show. We reminisce about the time when we were teenagers and chased Ric Flair from an arena to his hotel to get a picture. We sit with the two that consider themselves trendsetters for taking the first "Selfie".
We have a blast reminiscing about live music from Mooney Suzuki, The Grateful Dead, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Melissa Ethridge, Winger, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Woodstock 94 and much, much more. We pick our Rushmore of lead singers of all time, choose what Supergroup we would create and Jonny brings up a guitarist that makes Jimmy cringe.
All of this while we taste Steve Austin's Broken Skull DIPA, Pistachio Abduction from Pipeworks Brewing Company (Thank you Coal House Pizza), more Watermelon on the Streets in the Town of New Haven Sour from Erector Brewing. And we let you know what beers are "Solid" or "Not Solid".
